Establish a Permanent Southside Facility
Secure and open a central cultural and entrepreneurial hub designed for vendor markets, events, and educational programs—providing an accessible space for all.

Create consistent economic and cultural engagement opportunities in an area that deserves more investment and visibility.
Empower 12+ Local Vendors
Offer affordable vending opportunities, business support, and marketing for local creators and service providers.
Impact:
Stimulate small business growth, reduce entry barriers, and celebrate Southside culture through food, art, and entrepreneurship.
Launch a Civic & Cultural Leadership Program
Host workshops that equip adults and youth with leadership, organizing, and cultural awareness skills.
Impact:
Develop a new generation of confident, purpose-driven community leaders who create positive change in their neighborhoods.

Pennie Owens, CEO & Founder of Pinch’n Pennies, brings over 17 years of leadership, consulting, and community organizing experience.
Her work bridges spiritual wellness, business strategy, and grassroots empowerment—creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Pennie leads with faith, purpose, and compassion—guided by the belief that real change starts with unity.
