COMMUNITY CALL TO ACTION —
WE NEED YOU NOW
This is a no-budget, community-powered event, and we are calling on the Southside to come together with urgency and purpose.
You are not just supporting an event —
You are helping build something from the ground up.
FOOD SUPPORT (Feed the Community)
*4 FREE*
We are seeking food vendors and businesses willing to donate:
• Pre-cooked or pre-packaged food
• Trays, snacks, or limited servings
Food vendors must provide:
• Hand sanitizer at every station
• Gloves, foil, paper towels
• Their own heating/cooling setup
If your setup requires electricity or water — you must provide your own solution.
We especially need:
• Coolers with ice
RESOURCE TABLES & COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
We are inviting:
• Nonprofits
• Churches
• Community organizations
To provide:
• Resource tables
• Information & outreach
• Volunteers
We want every family to leave connected to support and opportunity.
EQUIPMENT & EVENT SETUP
We need donations or loans of:
• 6–8 ft tables
• Chairs (2 per table)
• 10x10 pop-up tents
• Tent weights (for safety)
• Generators or battery-powered equipment
Vendors should bring:
• Tablecloths
• Signage
• Battery-powered devices
(No electricity available on-site)
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
We are seeking:
• Spoken Word Artists
• Singers
Help us create an atmosphere filled with joy, energy, and connection.
COMMUNITY CARE & COMFORT
To care for our guests, we need:
• Porta-potties with handwashing stations
• Free water stations (coolers & bottled water)
• Shade tents
• Seating (folding chairs)
• First aid kit & safety volunteer
• Ice packs & sunscreen
VOLUNTEERS & CLEANUP TEAM
We are calling for volunteers to support:
• Welcome table
• Event coordination & flow
• Trash, recycling & compost stations
• End-of-day cleanup
Supplies needed:
• Gloves
• Trash bags
• Cleaning tools
Our goal: Leave the space better than we found it.
